Mill Creek Passage – 9th Avenue Extension

The Flume Transitions project in 2011 treated the downstream end of the concrete channel, stopping at 9th Avenue. This project extended the fish passage improvements for over 1,000 feet, from 9th Avenue to just above 6th Avenue.

A design validation study for Reach Type 6 is included in the design report as Appendix B.
