The Upper Flume Design completed bid-ready designs and specifications for a 5,000 foot section of the Mill Creek concrete channel. Previous project phases have been much smaller, and with over 10,000 feet of concrete channel, we wanted to try to accelerate our progress. This design will be implemented in smaller phases, such as the Park to Otis project.
A design validation study of the 9th Avenue Extension project is included in the design report as Appendix C.
