Looking Back on 2022
We’re pleased to share with you some of our accomplishments from this year.
Construction in Mill Creek faced a few challenges, but we were able to work through them to successfully complete our project.
Kids’ Fishing Days resumed after a two-year hiatus, and Salmon in School continues to grow!

Welcoming Environmental Educator Brock Peterson
Brock joined our staff in October as an AmeriCorps member. And it couldn’t have been at a better time!
Salmon in School is back in full swing, and Brock is already at work helping our Education Coordinator Alex Lau to prepare lessons.

Environmental Educator Position Open
If teaching kids about salmon sounds like fun to you, check out our Environmental Educator position. This is an AmeriCorps position through Washington Service Corps, with a monthly stipend.
The Environmental Educator will assist our Education Coordinator to provide our Salmon in School program in Walla Walla, Columbia, and Garfield counties for the 2022-2023 school year.
